Refund Policy
At I Am I Can Strength and Conditioning, all purchases are made with the intention of providing professional services, time, and reserved availability. For this reason, all sales are final unless otherwise stated below.
Training Services & Memberships
All training sessions, packages, memberships, and programs are non-refundable.
Missed sessions, unused sessions, or early termination of a membership do not qualify for a refund.
Sessions must be used within the time frame specified at the time of purchase.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice will be counted as used.
Medical Exceptions
In the event of a documented medical condition or injury that prevents continued participation, unused sessions may be credited or transferred at management’s discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.
Retail & Digital Products
All digital products, online programs, and downloadable content are non refundable.
Retail items (if applicable) may only be exchanged for defective products within 7 days of purchase.
Chargebacks
Clients are encouraged to contact us directly with any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services.
